What this site collects

Only what you choose to send. There are no ads and no tracking cookies.

• The 2-minute form: your name, email, company and your answers about the work you want automated.
• Booking a call: the details you give the calendar (cal.com), such as your name, email and the time you pick.
• WhatsApp or email: whatever you write in your message.

Why, and on what basis

I use these details only to reply to you, prepare our call and send you a plan or quote. The legal basis is your request (steps taken before a possible contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). I never sell your data or add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it

• FormSubmit delivers the form to my inbox.
• Cal.com runs the booking calendar.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and forwards email sent to my address.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message me there.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. They protect transfers with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it

Requests that don't lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. For clients, project records are kept as long as the law requires for invoicing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time: email hello@lateefmoradee.com and I'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in France that is the CNIL (cnil.fr).
